The Sims franchise was born from its creator Will Wright losing his home to the Oakland firestorm of 1991. The series draws the interest of gamers from all different audiences, as they are given free rein to design and control their Sims and the world around them.

From mundane activities like making breakfast to extraordinary activities like exploring an alien planet, The Sims lets players live out any life desired. 10 This Is Fine

A too real to life aspect of The Sims games is that things can and will eventually break over time. Especially household appliances like sinks, toilets, showers, etc. Now players can always make their Sims go and fix what's broken, which increases a Sim's Handiness Skill and gives them the option to upgrade the item. But for the most part, Sims will literally ignore broken things if it doesn't impact what they're trying to do. Most of the time a Sim will break something, see that it isn't working, walk off and then get annoyed later that it's broken.

9 Mind Games

Most people probably don't consider chess to be the most exciting game to play, but for Sims, it's one of the most interesting and intense events they could watch! Sims get really invested in a match, gasping in shock and clapping enthusiastically are a few of the interactions they have at watching a chess match. Though the reaction pictured here, originally posted on TheSimsLogic twitter, of a Sim's hair flying off isn't one of the usual reactions. But it's pretty funny and is only a little more dramatic than a Sim's actual reaction.

8 Relationship Goals

One of the biggest gameplay mechanics of all The Sims games is the relationships they develop with other Sims. Sims can develop a number of different relationships, and one of the biggest ones for them is a romantic relationship. When Sims have a romantic relationship with another Sim they unlock different interactions to show their partner just how much they care about them. But sometimes the animations for it get a little wonky, and hilarious moments like the one pictured above happened and take relationship goals to a whole new level.

With every new The Sims game, the hope is that the Maxis team brings its fans both new content and already loved content made even better than before. And while they do their best not everything works out, but it does make for pretty hilarious moments. This meme captures that some of the in-game animations don't always work out as the fork literally goes through the Sim's mouth instead of inside of it. But honestly, the captured look on the Sim's face does capture the embarrassment that comes from missing the mark.

Though Maxis and EA don't officially support mods in The Sims 4, they have made it easier for players that use mods. Mods often either bring in elements to the game that don't exist or change things within in the game to fit the play style of the player. It causes problems for players but creates hilarious memes. Having your phone fall on your face does suck.

5 When CAS Goes Too Far

One of the things The Sims is most known for is the ability to create Sims that look however a player wants them to look. People have created Sims from popular media like books and games, famous actors and actresses and even themselves! And with mods that take character customization even further, there's no limit to what a Sim could look like, though sometimes there should be. With the right (or wrong) mods in place players can give their Sims pretty wacky features. And have it be considered totally normal to all other Sims.

4 Who Wants To Do The Dishes?

While The Sims is a life simulator it has certain mechanics that aren't true to life. It's pretty easy to develop strong relationships, have a good job and even build a house. Though things like dishes and taking out the trash need to be done regularly or else a Sim will go around complaining about a bad smell. Though, no matter how many dirty dishes pile up around a Sim's house, they'll always have something to eat with. So while this meme comes from an animation glitch, the sentiment behind it is the same. No spoon? No problem!

3 Hold On Let Me Take A Selfie

Sims have a very interesting relationship with fire throughout the Sims series. They seem to deeply fear it and yet pay no attention to it at times. There have been plenty of instances of Sims freaking out and pointing at the flames, and of them carrying on with day to day activities despite everything being on fire. The Sims 4 continues on this hilarious tradition though there aren't any firefighters, and putting out the flame is entirely dependent on a Sim themselves. So she'll get to it... once her selfie on Simstagram gets a hundred likes.

2 Everybody Does It

The only relationship more interesting than Sims and fire is Sims and pools. A pool with no ladder has been the cause of death for many Sims, often at the hands of their own creators! Sims have the intellect to become doctors and other skilled professionals but they can't figure out how to get out of a pool. With The Sims 4, they finally solved the greatest mystery of simkind and Sims learned how to pull themselves out of the water, to their benefit and players chagrin. Guess it's back to death by fire.

1 Everybody Has To Start Somewhere

Music is a hobby that can turn into a profitable career, even in The Sims. Players who want their Sims to be real virtuosos can have them pick up an instrument to gain the Music Skill. Sims aren't naturally talented so they have to practice, but most instruments can be carried around be pulled out to practice anywhere even in a public bathroom, as shown in this meme originally from TheSimsLogic. And while it would get stares and complaints in the real world, most Sims will really enjoy a little tune while they handle their bathroom business.

The Trollface was originally drawn by Tyler_mon, an Oakland-based artist known by his DeviantART handle Wynne, as part of a MS Paint webcomic about the pointless nature of trolling on a video game forum. The comic was uploaded to DeviantArt on September 19th, 2008. Before the meme was made, there was a sketch of a disturbing smiled character that looked very similar mighty mouse named Rape Rodent who made an emotion the same way as what trollface has done. even though the meme of the Rape rodent was also created by Carlos Ramirez before he was posted online and after the trollface gained and succeeded a lot of popularity after him, then DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) has gave them a copyright complaint about the Meme Run game before it was banned about him making the idea of possibly Rape rodent after trollface. the copyright thought that he made the meme after the trollface but remade a sketch of the Rape Rodent before his meme of the trollface was succeeded. soon after the meme became very popular, rage comics has been making many comics with the meme in it, and since then, it has been appearing in numerous popular YouTube videos and even on memegenerator.com as well.
