Custom radio music is not a mod - audio files can be placed in a dedicated "Custom Music" folder present in the game's files and automatically be added to the radio's playlists, viewable in the vanilla game's options. Kirillian has generously provided a zip file containing all the custom audio files used in Season 2 here. Note that custom menu / map music is a mod, see "The Sims 1 and 2 Music" in the list above.
